I spoke with Chris on the phone the other day and I have to say it is so nice to deal with a company that actually has real people sitting behind it. None of this call centre nonsense. Chris was a genuinely nice guy and very helpful. I just needed to understand more about how the note is released on my death and he couldn't have been more helpful.
