I was wondering if there is anyway that I can make a message with you to leave for someone but without them knowing that I have done this?
Ideally I want to leave a message for someone knowing that it is safely stored and that nobody will ever find it and will come as a complete surprise to them when they receive it after I have died.

Thanks for your message Dave C.
You are not the first person to contact us in regards to this and I am pleased to say that very shortly we will be announcing some great news in response to this query which will enable users of myfarewellnote.com to do exactly as you have asked.

Now this is something that very much interests me. I previously looked at your service as a way of leaving a video message for someone but at this current time, I did not want anyone to know about the message and especially the person it was for. I want this person to hear my side of a story with regards to a break up with their Mother but I know that if I did this now, that it would cause endless problems as we have all moved on since then and have our own families, but is it something that I honestly feel she has the right to hear and something that I do not want to take the grave with me and for it to never be said.
I will give this some serious consideration and hopefully be able to do this with yourselves now.

Like the sound of this as I have reservations that some of the people I want to leave messages for will be disturbed by it so i'd also like to hear more please. Thanks

Good question Dave, I was thinking the same. Ive sent mine via a young niece who has promised to keep the secret ( for a price lol) mum's the word. I also think you could do it via a solicitor, although I did not look into this. Think something might be changed in the future, they sound like a nice bunch go guys, they emailed me straight back when I had an issue, which was fixed straight away. Top man Chris, Den

Would there be a time when the service can cater for older people who don't have internet? I'm thinking, one - to -0ne service. May be costly, but nice way to leave on a note that the younger generation can use, get some respect for using modern technology before you depart this world. After all, you came in the world with very little available, and leave the world with loads available. Amanda, Cambridgeshire UK.
